Color Card Inspiration for Art & De-escalation

Help me give my students an aesthetically pleasing de-escalating tool to use in our Mindful Moment spot in class, as well as beautiful inspiration for our few moments of art!

My Project

My students all love the Mindful Moment spot that we have in class. They all have warmed up, as students do every year to the idea that it is a spot they can simply take a moment to themselves when triggered, overwhelmed, or tired. The students are a creative bunch as well, making art and doing projects with as much of it as possible.

When seeing these colorful cards and the pure nature of their form, instantly my heart wanted to add these into our Mindful Moment location for some of their most tough moments they try to work out there/while at school.

It would add a pop of color to their world that I believe would inspire a positive moment vs. the reason they've come to that spot in our classroom. Additionally, Students can use these for the various moments I try to add an art project into our curriculum. The color combinations within the cards are uncanny, and as second grade students, it will have them positively above the rest!
