My students need materials that help them learn about history in across multiple modalities. We would greatly benefit from access to Flocabulary and books about Colonial America as we learn about our great country.
My students are very active learners and thinkers!
They especially love collaborating with a partner or in a small group and learning from one another.
While work in a very positive atmosphere where a growth mindset and acceptance of our different needs is practiced, the availability of a variety of materials that allow students to work together is crucial to their individual growth. Our students love to grow and we feel a sincere obligation to offer them the tools to promote their success.
My Project
We received a grant to access Flocabulary last year and our students absolutely loved the opportunity to watch fun videos with dope rhymes and beats that help build content knowledge. The infusion of humor and music changes our learning environment.
We are going to be learning about Colonial America and would love to combine learning with books and Flocabulary.
Our students would greatly benefit from having access to these resources. Students need to have information shared in a variety of ways and the books along with Flocabulary will introduce a new world of rhythm and rhyme that help keep us all more engaged.
