My students need College flags, College apparel and dorm supplies as raffle prizes to help them celebrate Decision Day! They will parade around the Fieldhouse in groups according to the school they have committed to!
HHS is a large school district with a guidance department that wishes to increase their student's mindset about their future plans, whether that be college, the military or the world of work.
We have found that our students are excited to share their news of where they will be and what they will be doing after graduation.
HHS is dedicated to helping students be successful by preparing them for college, the military or the world of work through the many AP classes and Career/Technical Exploration courses that are offered.
My Project
For the 2nd year in a row, Howell High school students and staff are going to be celebrating the decision/commitment seniors have made for their post high school plans.
Seniors will parade through the Fieldhouse carrying a flag that represents their decision!
Motivational speakers have been booked to pump up the student body about their decisions, whether it be college, the military or the world of work. Local elementary and middle school students are also invited to this event so that they can participate in the excitement as well as get their own minds thinking more about what they would like to do once they graduate!
The materials that we are asking for are college flags to be carried by students during the assembly. We also will have a raffle super fun giveaways such as college apparel and dorm room accessories! We even picked out a very cool mini fridge that has a dry erase board on the front!
