I am requesting items to help create a collaborative, comfortable and eco-friendly work environment in my classroom. Although I would love for all of my students to have their own dry erase desk, starting with one collaborative dry erase table for small group work will help me trial ways for students to work, organize, and share their thinking in the ILA classroom. In recent years, I have found that more and more students benefit from alternate seating options that allow for movement. The wobble chairs I requested will help students remain focused on their work while also allowing them to move freely.
