Collaborative Learning Space for Young Scientists!

My Project

Help me give my students a new colorful classroom rug to foster a science community with safe distancing and flexible seating options. The bright rainbow squares on the rug allow students to be aware for their personal space while learning in science class. My students can each be assigned a color on the rug at the start of the school year. This will help establish seating routines in the classroom when whole group learning takes place. The rug can also be an option for students with sensory issues that may benefit from the rug, rather than a desk to complete their assignments.
