This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
What makes my students special is their ability to keep moving forward despite the difficulties they are facing. The persistent efforts make them shine in the academic struggles. I enjoy seeing their collaboration among peers on a daily basis. They are learning from each other.
My Project
Due to the current issues, our children are in a 100% virtual setting. It’s been difficult for me to provide the small group instruction and help them, as I do not have access to a good working computer to assign groups and see what they are doing. The current technology given by the school allows me to see the interaction of one group at a time, leaving behind a good amount of students without the right support they deserve. With this MacBook Pro I can work with several groups at the same time.
