My Project

Currently, the tables and chairs that the students use do not allow them to use manipulatives without pieces falling to the floor and getting lost. We are unable to easily move around the room to transition to different activities.

Collaboration gives everyone the opportunity to learn from each other.

These chairs and activity tables would allow my students to do just that. With some activities, they need to be able to look at each other's papers to discuss and determine solutions to real-world problems that are presented to them. Providing this furniture would ensure that the students are able to collaborate and learn more than what is just being taught at the front of the classroom.
