My Project

First graders are naturally inquisitive and full of curiosity. They are hands-on learners with lots of questions and a newly-developing set of social skills.

Creative play is important in encouraging young minds to try something new while learning how to work together as a team.

These STEM building sets will give my students the opportunity to imagine, create, and play together in a fun and engaging way.

Students will be able to work in a small group to explore, collaborate, and build. This project also includes a few different STEM games, which will encourage healthy competition while challenging them to work through a set of obstacles. As students work, they will be having fun in a classroom community that harbors feelings of acceptance, perseverance, and success!
