My Students
The students in my school are in the middle school year who receive learning support services, which means they receive extra supports for reading and mathematics.
In addition to their diagnosis, they also receive free breakfast and lunch from the school because they live in a low socio economic area of Philadelphia.
All of my students are impressive individuals and could achieve so much more with support and supplies. They deserve the chance to succeed in life, and have less of a chance since they live in an underfunded school in Philadelphia. Please help make a difference by supporting my students school.
My Project
This air conditioner is for the students with sensory difficulties, who should not have to learn in a room where it is so hot that they are drenched in sweat. It will provide them with a safe and healthy learning environment. All of the students at my school come from low income parts of Philadelphia and should at least be given the comfort of a cool room to help them focus on their studies instead of the unbearable heat. Thank you for your help, it will go far in helping those in need!
