My students need a Cozmo Robot with a protective case for an engaging experience with coding and robotics.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
This year I teach 4th grade and next year I will loop to a classroom of 5th grade self-contained gifted and talented students in the largest inner-city school district in Ohio. My students are part of our district's academically gifted and talented program. My classroom is diverse with students coming from all parts of the district.
Students learn best when instruction and learning match their learning style.
My students love technology and crave for anything that expands their knowledge. Opportunities for collaboration and hands-on learning provide my students with real-world skills.
My students enjoy coding through Code.org and Scratch. They are ready to move onto seeing how coding will affect technology. Cozmo will give students the ability to see how coding can be fun! Using our Kindle Fires, my students will be able to learn how to control a robot. Through their continued play with Cozmo they will help develop the robot into something more because he is a supercomputer on treads.
With Code Lab, my students will see how their imagination will expand the abilities of Cozmo.
I am excited to see where their creativity will lead when using their technology skills.
