Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Coding is a necessary, and fundamental 21st century skill that all students should learn. Coding helps students develop: 1) better logical thinking, 2) better computational and algorithmic thinking, 3) more confidence, 4) more patience, 5) advanced problem solving skills, 6) and encourages creativity. Additionally, coding teaches digital literacy, and boosts math skills. It prepares students for a future in technology and engineering.

So, please help me to provide robots for my students to make coding engaging and fun!!!

Without these resources, my students, who come from an impoverished community, where all students qualify for free lunch, will be at a disadvantage if they don’t learn to code. They will be less prepared for the 21st century and a better future in technological careers.

Again, please help me make coding fun and engaging for all my students! Help me give them the opportunity for a brighter future.
