My Students

Students have changed. My students want to be in school. Having survived the mandatory remote learning when we were in crisis mode teaching, they have come to value being at school. However, they all know that may not always be the case.

My students are eager to learn even in a blended environment.

I only want the best for my students and I know they trust me to keep them safe.

My Project

Since COVID, students are working at home as well as at school. Students need to be able to access lessons online. My school went to a 1:1 school with the closure of schools last spring. This year, I have students eager to learn, but they are either remote or part-time due to COVID.

Codester is an online environment that will help me teach python coding to both my remote students and face-to-face students.

Codester offers a coding platform for students, a full learning management system for me, and lesson plans that support both the teacher and student.
