My Project

I really want to create a classroom that is calming and friendly for all of my students! Lighting is a huge part of my classroom. I love adjusting the lights in the room and making sure that the students are not overwhelmed by the fluorescent lights. The light covers will be very helpful in allowing me to change the mood of the room. Using bright covers and dark covers let students understand when we are doing whole group/ small group work and when we are doing independent work. The stools will be extremely helpful for my students that need to wiggle and move around in their seats. I have multiple students that would benefit from these! The chair pockets are the perfect organizational tool for students that have too much in their desks! I really hope to get these pockets. Last but not least, the rug! I teach students from all over the world. I think it would be awesome if my students could have a rug that shows them where their classmates are from. Being able to immerse yourself in a map is a really fun concept for my 4th graders!

These items will create a wonderful environment for my students to work in.
