Help me give my students the tables and stools will be used in my classroom to create more open seating in an attempt to set my classroom up more like a cafe or bistro than a traditional classroom.

My Students

The students on our campus come from diverse homes and background. They love coming to class every day and participating in experiential learning. Bringing history to life for my students is one of my goals each day.

My students love "digging up" the past and answering questions as old as time itself just as much as they do using our technology to advance our learning.

My Project

I like to model my classroom much like that of a college or university setting. Students have open seating, therefore, the first to class get their first choice of seats. I'd like the tables and bar stools in my class to enhance student choice in seating in the hopes that student engagement and participation will increase. I also have so big and tall gentlemen in my classes that would greatly benefit from seating that is not a traditional desk.

All students deserve the right to enjoy class comfortably.

The headphones are for my students to use if they forget to bring their own to class when we use our Chromebooks in class.
