My Project

Our students have been used to using the same old equipment or broken equipment. This project is to help update some of the things that our budget does not currently have room for. Our students are working very hard on changing the school culture and I would love to reward them with some new equipment for Physical Education and Physical Conditioning.

As a Physical Education teacher I have been working very hard to emphasize how important physical activity is for our mental health.

By showing students a variety of ways of getting exercise, I can hopefully spark a lifetime of movement. Once students find a way of getting some exercise that they like, they tend to think differently about physical education in general. Using tools like games and incorporating working out with mind games can create a fun new way to exercise.
