My Project
Offering incentive and rewards in Business Co-op Education class will give students opportunity to achieve goals of early completion of online curriculum which can get tiresome when spending numerous hours reading on a computer. Often a snack to boost energy and allowing short breaks to enjoy something to eat or drink helps students to refocus on task at hand. When Special Need students recieve incentives or rewards it gives them a sense of value and confidence which inspires them to produce quality work. The goal of this project is to promote in student's pride in their accomplishments.
This classroom project was brought to life by Hawai'i State Department of Education.
