Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are a program that serves a 92% Tier I population. Having these basketballs will give the girls an opportunity to improve their skill set in the game of basketball on a daily basis. Improving their skill sets will give them an opportunity to gain a scholarship to attend a college or university. These young ladies have proven themselves in the classroom as all 30 students are on the Honor Roll. Hard-working, dedicated and committed are words that describe these young ladies. We thank you for your continued support for us.
