Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love how curious, creative, and determined my students are each day. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of strengths, talents, and learning needs to the classroom. Whether they are English language learners, students receiving special education services, or gifted and talented learners, each one of them thrives in a classroom environment where routines are clear, materials are accessible, and tools are organized. My goal is to give them a structured, supportive space that allows them to take ownership of their learning while building independence and confidence.
Organization isn’t just about tidiness—it’s a pathway to learning success.
With cell phone lockers, students can stay focused without distractions. Numbered stickers and wire toggle hooks will create systems for materials to be easily accessed and returned, helping us build responsibility and order. The pencil dispenser ensures every student is prepared without losing time or focus. Binders, post-it notes, and cable organizers will allow students to keep their digital and physical workspaces clutter-free and efficient. Stackable drawers make supplies visible and accessible, especially for students who benefit from visual organization supports. Each of these items plays a small but powerful role in reducing daily stress and maximizing valuable learning time.
My students are capable of incredible things when given the right tools and environment. This project is about more than supplies—it's about creating a calm, organized space where students feel empowered, respected, and ready to learn. Thank you for helping me support them on that journey.
