This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items on this list will benefit the students in a cluster classroom. The laminator, laminating sheets, and paper cutter are essential in order to provide visuals, reward charts, and an organized space for students. Students in my classroom strive on positive reinforcements and need constant rewards and praise in order to feel extrinsic motivation in the classroom, which is when the snacks will be helpful.
Items in this list will help regulate students' emotions through the use of fidget toys and social/emotional regulation books.
These supplies can be used on a daily basis in order to teach students better strategies to regulate their emotions in school and at home.
