This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Closing the "digital divide" is more important now than ever. As students leave high school expected to have the soft and hard skills needed to be competitive in this global market, a state-of-the-art iPad can be a key tool in honing those skills. Students will be able to use the iPad to design resumes, search educational content, master necessary typing skills using the Apple Keyboard, and use the Apple Pen to create custom artwork and designs for their presentations that will take them to the next level. All of this will help my students gain the technical and interpersonal skills they can use in high school and beyond.
