This year I am blessed to teach seventy-two, amazing, fifth grade students at a rural school in Southern Mississippi. Together, we are taking a journey through fifth grade ELA. My classes are energetic and buzzing with excitement anytime they are given a chance to achieve great goals. Despite a wide range of abilities and challenges, my students are working hard to crush their personal and growth goals this school year.
Our class theme this year, "Wonderland", perfectly captures the wonder and curiosity of the epic journey that my students and I will embark on this year, as we dive into mastering reading and writing skills and strategies.
Each day, I watch them blossom through their reading and writing, while we grow together as a strong class family. Help me, help them fall in love with learning this year. These children deserve the world and it is my goal as their teacher to give them the best possible experience in school while we work to create memories that will last a lifetime!
This classroom set of sturdy clipboards would be an excellent resource to help my students learn and work on the go. Some of my students work much better when moving and these clipboards would help us easily work wherever they go.
These clipboards would be a huge help for learning centers, small groups and other interactive lessons that allow my students to learn and work on the go around the classroom.
Please consider helping fund this project, especially for my special needs students that truly work better some days with the use of a clipboard. Sadly, I only have two in my class, and this project would provide enough that the entire class could have their own. Help me help my students grow in leaps and bounds this way, while not always restricting them to their desks.
