Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We will be celebrating Earth Day as a class this year! The students are creating Earth Day presentations on how we can save our planet. I wan't to give them both resources they can study/read, a recycling bin we don't have in class, and some fun books to read as a reward for helping our planet. The Earth Day books will be read on Earth Day (or whenever received), while the other books (Harry Potter, Dahl, etc.) were voted on by the students as their favorite book series. So they can enjoy this books in our class this year, while leaving something behind for next years class.
