Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students. As a dedicated educator, I am constantly striving to provide the best possible learning environment for my students. However, limited resources often present challenges in fully realizing our classroom's potential. That's why I've turned to DonorsChoose, a wonderful platform that connects generous donors like you with classrooms in need. I have created a project on DonorsChoose to acquire essential resources and materials that will greatly enhance our learning experience. Our project, Climate Meets Culture at LHS, aims to support a positive learning environment by bringing staff and students together. It is no secret that Covid has impacted the morale of those in education and that our students were faced with many hardships. We are hoping to use the donations for an event that will celebrate our staff and students and bring them together. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference.
