This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are scientists. My students are mathematicians. My students are readers. My students are authors. My students are explorers. My students make discoveries each and every day.

Our Academy provides our students with a fast-paced and rigorous STEM curriculum.

It is our mission to provide our students with a challenging and inquiry-based STEM curriculum to maximize individual potential and ensure that our students succeed in a global community. Our goal is to expose students to as many learning opportunities that will prepare them for the future as possible, all while bringing to the forefront ideas and concepts that they may not have considered before.

My Project

Our students are blessed to have a personal device to use at school each day. Finger typing on these devices isn't a great skill for lifetime success - and it tends to make writing assignments take longer and produce choppy writing.

However, with external keyboards, our devices are transformed to allow students to share their ideas more easily.

Having a sufficient supply of keyboards so that every student who wants one has access to them means that ALL students are able to access the content and assignments with greater ease.
