My Project

Our classroom is full of diverse 1st Graders who are curious, energetic, and eager to learn. They come from a variety of backgrounds and each bring something unique to our learning community—bright ideas, big hearts, and boundless creativity. What they all have in common is a need for structure and support to thrive. With so many students and materials in motion, our classroom often feels like a whirlwind of activity. That’s why we need organizing tools to help create a calm, functional learning environment.

This project will help transform our classroom into a space that supports independence, focus, and academic growth.

Storage carts and bins will give students clear places to find and return supplies, reducing distractions and lost time. Label makers and magnetic book shelves will help them develop organizational habits, while the laminator will allow us to preserve frequently used learning tools and centers. With everything neatly stored and easy to access, students will be able to spend more time actively learning and less time searching for materials.

Our goal is to create a classroom where students feel confident and capable in their environment. These resources will help them take ownership of their space, build executive functioning skills, and stay more engaged throughout the day. With your support, we can create a space that reflects how amazing and capable our students truly are.
