My students need a storage cabinet for the materials that we have in class! We use a lot of different items and materials, and we need storage to help keep our classroom safe and clean.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have the privilege of teaching the greatest group of preschool students who are eager to learn, and get to do so through play. My room is an early childhood special education class, with students ranging from 3 to 5 years of age. Our students have eligibilities that vary widely, including:
Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome, Speech / Language Impairment, and Intellectual Disability (formerly known as Mental Retardation).
We have a happy bunch of students this year, who have fun and are always reaching out to learn about the world around them.
My Project
I will be the first admit it; a storage cabinet is not what you normally think of with preschool special education. But I want to make the room as nice as possible for these kids; it's their very first time in school! And I am in the very fortunate position of having received some new materials. My issue is that I need storage space; something safe, clean, and that will help keep the room organized, which is a really big deal in preschool. I want to keep their classroom as nice and fun and visually appealing as possible, and with your help, I can do that by finding a way to keep the room and its materials organized.
