Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These supplies will help keep our classroom clean. I teach in the largest classroom and instruct two grades in my high school with the largest groups of students. This means that extra effort is needed to keep our learning space clean and organized.
My students love our classroom and come not only during class times but for lunch as well.
It is vital for my students to feel comfortable in their learning space without worrying about basic cleanliness/needs. Paper towels, cleaning wipes, and napkins go a long way in keeping our desks clean.
Tissues help the occasional student suffering from the discomfort of a cold or allergies. My students understand the heavy foot traffic in our classroom and love to assist me with sweeping and mopping our classroom. The wet wipes will help keep our floors clean and manage any accidental spills from misplaced water bottles and other containers.
Help me in ensuring my students have one less obstacle, so that their focus can be primarily on their education.
