This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

When it comes to having uniforms, it gets hard for some families. We try to provide clean uniforms for our students to help them out! We have also noticed that when our students have clean and fitting uniforms, their confidence is so much higher. When students have higher confidence, they also seem to perform better in school. Uniforms can be hard for some families to provide. We have a high number of low-income families. Having these uniforms helps our families out a bit. Even something as simple as having extra socks can help families with their student's appearance.
