Clean Our Creative and Cozy Classroom

My Students

My students bring such joy to my life and I am thankful to be their teacher. We seriously have some of the best students in our small town, elementary school. I know that every school and every teacher says that, but I know just how amazing our students are.

My students are always ready to try something new and they are very inviting to new students.

Because of that, I want to be a better teacher every day. I want to grow with them!

We are over sixty percent free or reduced price lunch at our school, but together our community, parents, and staff work to get us everything we need.

I am so grateful to have wonderful people like you also partnering with us to help get our students everything they so deserve.

My Project

Every day we wipe down our tables. Sometimes they are visibly dirty from the crafts and activities of the day. Other times we know that there are hidden germs waiting there.

It is said, "Please excuse the mess, our children are making memories." We don't wipe down our tables because our room has to be in perfect condition, instead we wipe them down because I want to make sure my students stay healthy each day.

Healthy students come to school and learn. I need my students healthy and excited each day. Plus, they love to help clean the room.

These Clorox wipes are on our school wish list, but with the other needed items, these are a low priority. I know that most classrooms received a few containers, but I also know that we will run out within a few months. This project will supply our classroom with wipes for hopefully the entire school year.

The additional cushions and chair will add a few more cozy options to our classroom. I love giving the students choice and they love feeling empowered. The cushions would make their favorite rocking chairs a little more comfy and the Zenergy chair would add a bouncy option too! Flexible seating is what is best for our classroom and I would like to provide a few more great options. Flexible seating is also healthier for my students!
