This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I have sixth, seventh, and eighth-grade students. I have students with specific learning disabilities and other health impairments. My students challenge themselves to learn and try new things. They always try their best and go beyond what is asked of them.
Science is fun in our class!
Even if at times we have limited resources, the environment of acceptance and allowing students to express themselves makes up for it.
My Project
My students need a clean classroom to learn in. We need cleaning supplies to clean the desk and many other things in the class. Everyday after class students clean their own desk. I have been providing them wipes myself, to clean their desk and supplies they used throughout the day. Students need these wipes/ disinfectant spray to disinfect the materials they used, including desk, chair, pencils, scissors, markers etc. I have 4 classes throughout the day that need to clean their things mentioned above. We need these disinfectant supplies to keep us in good health. We would greatly appreciate it!!!
