This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
For this project, I am requesting eight bottles of hand soap, and a Bissell SpotClean ProHeat Portable Spot and Stain Carpet Cleaner. Many times, the hand soap in the bathroom/classroom runs out. Having accessible hand soap would be of great help to keep my students healthy.
Our class just received a brand new carpet which I would love to keep clean for my students.
Having a portable spot and stain carpet cleaner in the classroom would allow us to do just that. My students spend a lot of time sitting on the rug during morning meetings and read aloud. Having a clean carpet where students can sit, helps them learn better. Students in kindergarten love sitting on the rug. They focus better and it is simply more fun and engaging. If our classroom carpet is clean, I can have them sit on it during morning meeting, read alouds and many more. They deserve a clean classroom carpet and clean hands!
