Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
It's very important that students are learning in a safe and clean classroom. I try to make my class as inviting as possible for the students. I want them to feel they are in a place where they can relax and learn, but at the same time, challenge themselves. By providing a clean and safe haven, students will be more focused and shine brighter than the stars.
I have three different area rugs where students can sit with a partner or with a group to complete their assignments.
I give them choices and opportunities as to where they want to sit in the classroom to complete a task. I would like for them to really know that the carpets in the class are clean and safe to sit on. Help me give my students a vacuum. Keeping my students healthy and germ-free is a top priority.
