Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
This new 2024-2025 school year will be my first year as a teacher with kindergarten and first grade students. I do this project with the purpose that the classroom has organization in the learning materials. Organization and cleanliness is something that I will introduce to the students as this skill will sharpen them not only in school but also in their daily lives. The ability to organize and clean as a community will give us a more pleasant work and learning environment. Students will easily be able to locate and have access to the work material. Also once the students finish using the materials, it will be very easy for them to return them to their place of origin in an orderly and easy way for them. Since they are small, I want to make this organization easier for them in the classroom. As I said before, this skill will serve them not only in school but also in their life in general since it is an important foundation for them and their growth and development.
