This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our school serves a community where 100% of the students receive free lunch, highlighting the economic challenges that many families face. With limited resources, our classroom urgently needs support to provide students with essential hygiene products that are critical for their health and well-being.

Our classroom already has a hygiene station in place that has been a tremendous help to our students, providing them with essential products to support their health and well-being.

However, many of these items have been used up, and we now need to restock our supplies to continue meeting the needs of our students.

We are seeking funding to replenish products like hair ties, combs, socks and deodorant wipes. These items are essential for keeping our students healthy and confident throughout the school day.

The hygiene station has proven to be a critical resource, helping reduce absenteeism due to illness and boosting students' confidence by ensuring they have access to the personal care items they need. With your help, we can keep this station fully stocked and continue providing a clean, supportive, and comfortable learning environment.
