My third graders are amazing learners that I am so proud to have in my classroom this year! I have previously been in the Instructional Coach role at my school, but due to district vacancies, was required to move to the classroom. As shocking as this was, I am so excited about the learning that is already going on in our room! My students all come from Vietnamese-speaking homes and have a variety of years in American schools. They are eager to learn, they love to talk, they love to work together- they are great!
I want our classroom to be a safe, comfortable space for this dynamic learning to continue!
Having these floor pillows would be a great option for them during independent learning times and free reading times. Since I have not been in a classroom role these past few years, I do not have a comfy, cozy library area like I used to have! They deserve some fun, adaptable options for learning. They also deserve a clean space to learn! We eat breakfast in our classroom every day and unfortunately, spills happen! We are not provided with wipes or cleaning supplies from our district, so having these cleaning wipes would help immensely!!
