This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
During the Pandemic, it's been very challenging to teach from in a restricted environment and with little resources. Most of my students come from a low income families and diverse backgrounds with great parental support. I have a wide range of academic abilities ranging from very low to high. My students are happy 8 years olds who are eager and happy to be back in school. In these unprecedented times we need to keep them healthy and well.
My Project
Having an air purifier in class would be so beneficial to all of us. We are trying our very best to stay healthy! We have been staying safe by sanitizing and masking up however the flu season is fast approaching! My students are sitting close together! We need to ensure we can have as many safe practices in place as possible. The more resources to keep safe the healthier we will be! Covid19 cases are surging again therefore we need to be as safe as possible! Please consider donating to our project! We will forever be grateful!
