My Students

I love my job and I feel very blessed to teach some of the most awesome first graders! My students come from many different cultural backgrounds and face many challenges in and out of the classroom but they all know one thing; that Mrs. Swepston loves and cares about them.

Our classroom is a busy, yet happy place where students can learn while feeling safe.

If you were to walk into my classroom, you would not hear silence. You would hear lots of chatter at stations where students are exchanging ideas and discussing the objectives they are learning about. You would find me sitting on the floor conversing with students and observing students who may need extra support.

My Project

This air purifier is proven to reduce airborne viruses by 99.9% and will also help my students that have severe allergies. This purifier will provide a clean environment for my students to learn in. It will also allow my students to feel safe, comfortable and have peace of mind knowing our air is clean. I am also requesting the filters and pre-filters to get us through the end of next year. Please help our students take a breath of fresh air as they grow and learn this school year. Thank You!
