This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Every year I take pictures of my students and they end up stored in my cellphone, for this reason I am requesting a digital camera. I want my students to take pictures for our classroom yearbook. I want to give families an insight of what we are doing in the classroom and for students to relive those moments. In order for the yearbook to look flawless, students will also be guided to edit and proofread the yearbook.

Today’s cellphones take great pictures but they don’t have the resolution a digital camera provides.

Higher resolution means the picture will have more detail and my students would be able to manipulate the picture size without distorting the image. By using a digital camera, my students will have amazing pictures to look back when they get older. Help my students create memories that can tell a story and transcend time.
