My Students
Ten lively, energetic and endearing kindergarten to 5th-graders are back for in-person learning! This class is for students who learn differently and benefit from an individualized approach to school.
My classroom is a safe second home for special learners to learn reading, writing, math, science, social, and life skills.
Differences are not deficits. Students are empowered and encouraged. Thank you for considering impacting this unique and deserving community.
My Project
This year, the primary and intermediate-aged classes have combined to create one big happy school family! This means students from kindergarten all the way up to 5th grade are sharing a homeroom.
I am looking for desks, a projector mount, and toys to upgrade our new multi-age classroom.
Currently, the projector is set on a table with wires running under the rug where students sit. This is lumpy to sit on, which causes some distraction! The new projector mount would give students more flexibility to sit or stand comfortably without worrying about blocking the projector.
Our school is experiencing a shortage of desks, so I requested 2 new desks for my students. I also requested a school playset to keep students engaged and excited about school. Thank you, donors!
