This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are first graders who are excited about learning and are lacking classroom supplies.

These materials will help my students in completing daily classroom tasks and assignments while they continue to learn and meet their academic goals.

These supplies will also help keep my students engaged as they use "different" materials to do work (such as post-it notes, dry erase markers, colored pens, scissors, etc.). Using such learning supplies will help diversify how students demonstrate learning, not all students do well with paper and pencil. Color, markers, cutting, etc. make learning more fun for students.
