Classroom Supplies to Increase Student Engagement!

Help me give my students some fun items for the classroom. Rubic Cubes, stress balls, graphing white boards, and a math themed clock. All of these items will increase engagement in the classroom.

My Students

I teach 8th grade math to a group of kind and caring students that are eager to learn. I am especially impressed with their perseverance and commitment. The students are willing to dive into any challenge that is presented to them.

My students are creative and love to learn by exploring and discovering.

I make math fun and interesting for the students by combining technology, blended learning, project-based learning and interactive activities. Making math class more active has increased the students' interest in the content.

My Project

Students want to have fun items for the math classroom. Rubic's Cubes and stress balls will be used by students when they have free time or need a short break in class. White boards with coordinate grids on them will help students visualize specific mathematical concepts such as slope and y-intercepts. The label maker and laminating supplies will help in creating an organized classroom where the students can easily access classroom tools. The mathematical themed clock is a fun item.

All of these items will increase student interest and engagement in the math classroom.

Making the environment more interesting and giving students fun math related items such as the Rubic's Cubes, individual white boards, and a math themed clock will allow students to be more active in the math classroom.
