This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The cell phone locker will help student achievement by minimizing the distractions of a phone in class and promoting student learning in the classroom. By having students put their phones in a secure, portable cell phone locker each day, students are assured that their phones are in a safe place while they focus on building school community and engaging with the materials in class.

The binder paper, pencils, and binders are much needed items for students as most of them are low income and need these materials to help them be successful in science.

All students deserve a chance to take an advanced science course and shouldn't be limited in their success due not being able to afford basic school supplies.

By donating to our project, your contribution will greater help reduce any obstacles preventing students from taking advanced classes and being successful.
