Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I teach a variety of multilingual learners in grades 1-3. The majority are from Central and South America, in addition to the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Several of them come from low socio-economic homes. Some have little to no classroom supplies, which is why I am asking for donations to help them become successful learners.
Many of my students come from challenging homes and difficult experiences.
All of the supplies requested, such as crayons, pencils, and glue sticks, will enable them to participate in lessons. The bouncy cushions will enable you to focus on the lessons as well.
