This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help my first graders finish the year strong with these classroom supplies! I have a fun group of 25 first graders and I'd like them to have the best first grade experience possible.
Unfortunately, some of our supplies have broken recently and need replacing.
Our pencil sharpener is breaking the pencils rather than sharpening them, and the school laminator is down as well, making it so that any materials I make for the classroom fall apart easily and cannot be reused. We are also running out of markers the students use for self corrections. The goal of this project is to replace these items that are no longer functional with new items so we can get back to what's important: getting strong minds ready for second grade!
