My Project

My students use a variety of materials every day to take notes, stay organized, and engage fully in their learning. I am requesting funding to purchase pens, highlighters, colored printer paper, sticky notes, and hole reinforcements for my classroom. These supplies are used constantly throughout the school year. Pens and highlighters help students annotate readings and highlight key information in notes. Colored printer paper makes handouts and assignments stand out, which is especially helpful for students who benefit from color-coded organization. Sticky notes are used for quick reminders, exit tickets, and collaborative activities. Hole reinforcements keep students’ papers intact in their binders, helping them stay organized and preventing lost work.

Many of my students cannot always bring these supplies from home, and having them available in the classroom ensures that everyone has what they need to be successful.

These materials may seem simple, but they make a big difference in helping students keep their work neat, organized, and accessible for studying and assignments.
