Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am requesting a classroom set of 25 books so that each one of my students can have a copy during our reading lessons. A full set allows us to read together, discuss important themes, and build comprehension skills as a group. It also fosters a shared classroom experience where every student feels included and engaged.
Many of my students benefit from having access to high-quality literature in their hands, especially when we read as a class.
Your support will directly impact their love of reading and learning.
My students enjoy this type of literature and have asked me to read it with them. Without this classroom set, I will not be able to. With this generous donation, I can read a book my classroom is very much interested in reading.
