Help Create a Safe, Cozy Classroom for My Students with Autism
My students are incredible, resilient children with autism navigating the world with curiosity and courage.
Many of them come from low-income families and rely on school not only for learning but also for stability and support—including free breakfast and lunch.
Right now, our classroom is bare. We have empty floors and nowhere soft or inviting for my students to sit during morning meetings, calendar time, or quiet work. For children with sensory needs, a calming and comfortable environment isn’t just nice—it’s essential for learning and emotional regulation.
With your support, I hope to provide rugs, seating, and sensory-friendly materials that will turn our empty room into a warm, welcoming space where my students feel safe, focused, and ready to learn.
Every donation—big or small—makes a real difference. Thank you for helping me build the classroom my students deserve.
