My Project

A rug is truly the heart of a classroom. It’s where we start and end every day. It’s where we listen to daily stories and share meaningful conversations. The one I have in my classroom currently is about 9 years old. Due to how much we utilize the rug each year, wear and tear is inevitable. I would love to provide my students with a fresh classroom rug and see their excited faces. I love the smiley face design of this rug because it creates instant reminders of joy and happiness. Each day, I strive to provide a safe learning environment for students. This rug can help create that fun, joyful space for my students.
