This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I need help transforming my classroom! Help make my cinderblock cornered classroom a comfortable and kid friendly space. I am trying to transform my classroom into a “center for learning” with bean bags for small groups and bulletin boards to display student papers and primary and secondary documents.
Please do not underestimate the importance of children having a place that looks like a learning space and not a jail cell.
And guys… my room does not have bulletin boards. Our classroom is old, but spacious; the walls are barren so I’ll need these bulletin boards for my students.
