Classroom Resources: What Every Teacher Should Have

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I have ordered many resources to help me students stay motivated in the classroom. Students who attend Title I schools often do not have the same resources as some of the other schools that are not Title I. Our students will benefit from these resources.
For example, I ordered chair bands so that my students who like to fidget or struggle from ADHD or ADD can move freely and comfortably in their seats.
I have also ordered snacks since food seems to be major motivators among my students.
The students that I serve are very important because they represent communities where economic struggle is prevalent. It is very necessary that we give these students the support that they deserve. I love all of my students and I especially love the fact that they fight through their struggles. I am hoping to be able to make learning a little bit easier for them despite their demographics by improving their classroom environment.
